Step 1 : At first download the Latest WhatsApp 2.16.80 

Step 2 : Next, head over to your android device. Go to settings >>> Security >>> Enable Unknown Sources

Step 3 : Next, Uninstall current WhatsApp Application from your android device

Step 4 : Next, Go ahead and install the latest WhatsApp 2.16.80 Apk that you have downloaded in Step 1 in your android device

Step 5 : Next, select your friend from chat list to whom you wanna call. As soon as you try to make a video call the app will display  “couldn’t place call” and “Video calling is unavailable at this time”. So now you have successfully enabled video calling feature on your android device.
